Battlescooter will be selling exhausts, CDI boxes, shocks... all types of things. I hope it's the stuff people want. It will take time to get the inventory worked out so I'm not always out of stock and have the things people want the most. I promise to do my best What do people want the most? Chime in

CDI boxes seem like the "must have" item with power pullies, exhausts, air filter kits and bigger main jets right up there on the list. Maybe the store could do a "performance package" like they do for the Euro-scooters.
Looking forward to supporting The Battlescooter store.

Hi Abe, On top of the performance upgrade-I would also suggest some underseat storage options...I'd bet they would sell like hotcakes.

I agree what I would like is an underseat storage option and some headlight guards

Thanks for the input. I'm going to try to stock everything. Since it's my first try at something like this it will take time to work it all out.
Have you guys tried using those motorcycle nets under the seat? I didn't want mine closed in so I started using the net. It gives you more flexibility.

abe, Good idea on the motorcycle net....I'm sure any motorcycle store will carry them right?
As far as the online store-Good luck with it-from what I've read on the net-there is certainly a market for Ruckus upgrades in the states. Once the word gets out about your store-I'd be willing to bet you get a decent response-but I'm sure itr's scary just the same-because you have to invest in the initial inventory. It takes courage to start up your own business.

I'll would be very interested in anything that improves performance. Such as cams, pulley, jets etc. Anything that will make me go faster i'll buy. Oh i also would be interested in a stiffer rear shock.
Regarding the storage thing, i use a bungee net with the hooks on the edges to wrap around the from 3 sides of my storage space. It works great. I'll try and post some pics on sunday.
Oh as well i am running 55/65 watt low/high beam headlights in my ruckus with no problems so far. They are quite a bit brighter. I do only have about 100km with the new bulbs so no guarentees. The bulbs do run noticable hotter

You can get the nets any place. Some one also used scuba netting to close in the PlayPocket, you can see a pic on battlescooter.
It is scary, this is a big deal for me. My first retail adventure. Be gental with me you guys.
I was using the 55/60 watt bulbs but I was afraid it would kill the battery. I changed the tech on battlescooter to recommend 45/45 watt. I'll start a new topic on bulbs.

Got ya covered ;D on the shock and power. I'm thinking about servicing the stock forks. They do come apart. Increase the preload, change to a heavier oil and maybe some different springs. Sound good

I totally agree with frosty's idea of a performance package. Some mods only work well incombination with others so it will be cool if they were available individually and as a package deal. There could be a tranny package that would include weights, springs etc. An intake package including everything that goes with maximizing airflow and another that would deal with gas flow. (ie jets, fuel filter? ) Think about it anyways. Also it would be cool if there where a few words on how to install the parts, the tools required and the ease of doing so. Keep up the good work!

I would def. like to see packages. It would make the package worth buying to get all the potential out of the newly bought parts. -Ian

I want pictures You can do soft landings, that goes for jumping also. Put more of your weight on the rear. I'll work on the package thing. The parts will always have lots of info on the store page with a nice picture and the instructions will be on battlescooter. Is anyone else interested in fork service? Or engine work? Head porting(powerrrrr)?

I have to know what you guys and gals think of the store. I think I can take it. You input is needed to make it better Believe it or not the store will make battlescooter better. People are asking all types of tech questions they never asked before. It will take time to get it all on the site but it's great. The store is going to help battlescooter! So how can the store be better
