Painted the 06 couple days ago with krylon fushion hammer paint for 15.00 bucks Im happy and I did it

Is funny how we want what we do not have, in Europe they will kill for a camo Battery box, and here we paint over it

i would buy another battery box then sell the camo on ebay or something. ppl want those original camo battery boxes.. like chanito said above..

I am new to the Honda Ruckus and I am new to Mods.

I was wondering what steps do you have to go through to paint your Ruckus. I think you did a great job!!

I think he just painted the battery box cover. If you want to paint the whole frame, you have to stripe it all down.

Read this thread. It tells which paint he used. Not sure if you need a primer, it should say on the can of paint. Try searching on here for painting battery boxes. Please read the threads on here, you can find most answers to any questions you have and places to get aftermarket parts.

.. My question to you is.. where did you get the cup holder? Lol.. I have been looking for one exactly like that, and I cant seem to find it. Can you point me in the right direction?

I think that cup holder is actually a water bottle holder for a bicycle. Cabelas has got a nice cup holder that is mounted by the RAM mounting system. If you go to www.cabelas.com and get one.
